These are the prices we quote from — no hidden extras. Pick lines by code, or start from a package in the marketing & sales calculator. Prices are net EUR; Hungarian quotes are converted at a fixed rate set each January.
Price calculators
Describe the project as subjects — buildings, interior spaces, show flats — each with its model and its outputs: stills, night views, 360° viewpoints. Add the project-wide groups — film, floor plans and sales sheets, AI stills, tour extras, web tools — and see the total computed with the same math we quote with. Products and the architects’ raw-render packages have their own calculators.

MOD3D model preparation
One model per building or space, one model version, priced once per project. List prices assume 2D CAD drawings; a usable 3D model from the client halves the model lines, a PDF or sketch doubles them — packages and the calculator start from a 3D model. Building: MOD.MASS (volumes only — enough for AI images from the model and 3D-directed AI film), MOD.S–L full exterior models with draft interiors, MOD.XL and the wider site (MOD.SITE) quoted by hand. MOD.NIGHT models the fixtures of a lighting plan into the building (15 % of its model line) for 3D night views. Interiors not covered by a residential package are priced per m² — MOD.INT.EMPTY or MOD.INT.FURN, by function and detail, the price per m² falling as the area grows. Interior images always need MOD.INT or a residential package. A second design phase or a major revision: MOD.REV.

On-site capture by our subcontractors: Gaussian (splat) capture from the ground or the air, laser scanning. Priced per site after a short brief — the range is the usual band; the subcontract term applies. The capture becomes a model source (MOD at the 3D-model rate), a walkable Gaussian scene or a web viewer.

Photoreal, 4–6K, Photoshop finishing, two rounds. Rendered views need a full building model (MOD.S–XL) on the same quote; montages also work on AI images. Night views, two ways: with a lighting plan the fixtures are modelled (MOD.NIGHT) and rendered in 3D — as a variant of a daytime view (EXT.NIGHT) or from a new camera (EXT.NIGHT.VIEW); without one, a daytime view is relit by AI (EXT.NIGHT.AI). Crops: EXT.CROP re-renders from the model, AI.CROP out-paints the edges. No small-project rate — the cheaper routes are EXT.AI (a quick render of the model finished by AI, a massing model is enough) and AI stills (AI family). Raw renders for permits and competitions: ARCH.

Two routes. Residential packages (INT.FLAT.*) bundle modelling, furnishing, stills and a panorama tour of the same rooms, Photoshop finishing — one package per flat type, +€400 per bedroom beyond three, also available as stills only. Any other interior gets an interior model (MOD.INT, per m²) and its images: INT.VIEW per rendered view on the furnished model, or INT.AI on the empty one — AI-furnished images, one variation, no tour. Furnishing style is agreed up front: you pick photos of homes you like, we build a moodboard, and once it is approved we model the interiors.

Every tour includes navigation between viewpoints, a 2D floor-plan or map view with viewpoint selection and a view-direction radar, multiple levels and floors, fullscreen, mobile and VR modes. Hosting for 12 months included, no assembly fee. Rendered viewpoints — PANO.VP (3DOF) and PANO.GS (6DOF) — need a full model or a residential package and are counted across the project in blocks of ten: 1–10 full price, 11–20 −10 %, 21–30 −20 % … from 51 −50 %. One per-flat price; repeated unit types make it cheaper: × (0.25 + 0.75 × types ÷ flats) — 160 flats / 20 types → ×0.34 · 40 flats / 30 types → ×0.81 · every flat unique → ×1.0. Level plans scale with flats per level around an average of 6, minimum 2. Sales sheets: one template design, then assembly per flat.

FILM.3D, FILM.WALK and the FILM.AI lines include concept and camera design, previz for approval, rendering, editing, colour grade, stock music (web + social licence), basic titles, 1080p MP4 and two rounds per stage (previz → draft → final). Priced per second in 5 s steps; an edited film is at least 30 s, a mixed 3D + AI film is priced per segment. FILM.3D and FILM.WALK need a full model, FILM.AI.3D at least a massing model; FILM.AI.WALK and FILM.AI.FULL start from stills, prompts or photos, no model. Extra formats apply to every line: square +10 %, second orientation +25 %, all +30 %; 4K (+30 %) and 360° video (+50 %) to the 3D lines. Broadcast or paid-ad music licences and human talent are pass-through +15 %. Every film line can also be ordered as clips only — the raw generated shots without edit, grade, music or titles, from 3 s — at 60 % of the rate.

Images generated from any 2D input — plan, sketch, photo, old render — with light retouch; no 3D model needed. Every image includes one variation; more at AI.VAR, no minimum order. The competence behind labs.visiongraphics.eu — many live browser apps, 100 % client-side, instant, mobile-first, bilingual, no accounts, no tracking — sold as bespoke tools for a project. Static hosting means near-zero running cost: the first 12 months are included, then WEB.HOST. Campaign toys come in five sizes (WEB.TOY.1–5), one per project. Fixed anchors below; WEB.CONFIG, WEB.TOY.5 and WEB.VR are starting prices scoped in expert days, and WEB.CONFIG and WEB.VR are quoted by hand, outside the calculator.

ARCHPackages for architects
Raw renders for permitting, competitions and design phases: straight from the renderer, no Photoshop, not marketing quality. The building’s size is set once per project, S to XL. Every design phase then carries its own model line — you hand over your updated 3D model in the same coordinate system at every phase and revision, the cameras stay, and the design’s development is visible across phases — plus views, clay diagrams, elevations, sections, site plans and non-marketing photo insertions. The phase factor prices every line (concept cheapest, construction documentation highest), every further phase of the same project is cheaper, views get cheaper in blocks of five, and three model revisions per phase are included (then ARCH.REV). Priced on its own calculator, not in the general one.

Objects rather than buildings: furniture, fixtures, machines, packaging, characters. The object is modelled from your CAD in three complexities or generated from photos by AI (as generated or retopologised), then studio-lit views, colour and material variants, placement in an AI-generated environment, clips and a web viewer. Priced on its own calculator. Model prices are for 2D drawings; a usable 3D CAD model halves them, and the calculator starts from one.

Two rates: production (revisions, changes) and expert (AI pipeline, tooling, interactive, consulting). Audits, scripts and XL scoping are expert days. Pass-through items (drone, voice-over, music licence, photography): cost +15 %. Travel and hotel at cost, reimbursed by the client. Benchmarked against the Hungarian Chamber of Architects (MÉK) 2026 recommended hourly fees: visualization is its category 3 (HUF 44,018 net), CAD production category 4 (HUF 33,014).

Terms on every quote
The short version. The fullGeneral Terms and Conditions apply to every order.
- Net prices; +27 % VAT in Hungary, reverse charge in the EU. Validity 30 days. Hungarian quotes at the January HUF peg.
- One model version. Prices include processing of the one model or plan version supplied at ordering. Plan revisions after ordering are charged at the production hour (RATE.PROD.H).
- 3D images are only quoted together with the model they are rendered from, on the same order: exterior stills with a building model (MOD.S–XL); 360° viewpoints and 3D film with a full building or interior model or a residential package; interior images with an interior model (MOD.INT) or a residential package (INT.FLAT); 3D night views with the lighting model (MOD.NIGHT). AI images from the model and 3D-directed AI film also accept a massing model (MOD.MASS).
- Post-production included. Exterior and interior 3D images include Photoshop finishing; the architect lines (ARCH family) are raw renders.
- AI inside. Every deliverable is made with AI assistance at some stage — at least upscaling; also denoising, retouching, people, vegetation. Modelled lines are modelled and rendered by us; AI lines are generated.
- Payment 40 % on order · 30 % on draft approval · 30 % on delivery. Under €1,500: 50/50. Due in 8 days in Hungary, 14 days internationally.
- Two revision rounds per stage — model check, drafts, final. Beyond that at the production hour.
- Delivery stills 4–6K JPG/PNG · film 1080p MP4, clips only as the raw generated shots · hosted deliverables (tours, viewers, tools, microsites) 12 months included, then WEB.HOST. Layered or source files +25 % of the item.
- Design phases. A second design phase or a major model revision after ordering is 30 % of the affected MOD line (MOD.REV); small changes at the production hour.
- Usage unrestricted marketing, advertising and broadcast use for the named project — no extra licence fee; another project or resale needs a licence.
- Rush ×1.25 (not on hosting, rentals, day rates). Subcontracted items cost +15 %.
- Indexation every January: Hungarian CPI, minimum +5 %; the HUF peg is reset the same day.
