Effective from 2026-10-01 · applies to quotes issued on or after this date
These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern every quote, order and contract for the visualization services of Vision Graphics Kft. (the "Studio"). By accepting a quote or placing an order you accept these Terms. Deviations are valid only if agreed in writing (email suffices) and refer to the specific order.

2. Scope and definitions
The Studio provides architectural and product visualization: 3D model preparation, still images, 360° panoramas and tours, floor plans and sales materials, film and animation, AI-generated imagery and motion, interactive web tools, and related consulting, training and hosting. The current catalogue is the price list; every line has a stable code, and quotes refer to those codes.
Client — the natural or legal person placing the order. These Terms are written for business clients; section 14 adds the rules that apply when the Client is a consumer.
Quote — the Studio's written offer listing price-list codes, quantities, multipliers, prices, timeline and any deviation from these Terms.
Order — the Client's written acceptance of a Quote. Deliverables — the images, films, tours, tools, files or services listed in the Quote. Model version — the one set of plans, models and brief supplied at ordering. Stage — model check, drafts, final (or previz, draft, final for film). Round — one consolidated list of change requests on a Stage.
3. Quotes, prices and contract formation
Prices are net, in EUR. Hungarian VAT (27 %) is added for Hungarian clients; for VAT-registered clients in other EU member states the reverse-charge mechanism applies; clients outside the EU are invoiced without VAT. Quotes to Hungarian clients may be expressed in HUF at the fixed conversion rate stated in the Quote (reset every January).
A Quote is valid for 30 days from its date unless it states otherwise. The contract is formed when the Client accepts the Quote in writing (email is sufficient) — or, at the latest, when the Client supplies the Model version and the Studio confirms the start. The Quote, these Terms and the price list in force on the Quote date together form the contract; in case of conflict the Quote prevails.
Prices assume the scope, quantities, source-data quality and timeline stated in the Quote. Anything not listed in the Quote is not included. Rush delivery, requested by the Client, is priced at ×1.25 on production items (not on hosting, rentals or day rates).
The price list is indexed every January (Hungarian consumer price index, minimum +5 %). Prices already quoted remain valid for the Quote's validity period; framework clients receive a written price letter fixed for twelve months.
4. Client input and the one model version
The Client supplies the Model version at ordering: plans, 3D models, site data, material and furnishing references, logos, texts and the brief. The Client warrants that it holds all rights needed for the Studio to use these materials, including any third-party photographs, plans or 3D assets, and indemnifies the Studio against third-party claims arising from them.
Prices include the processing of the one Model version supplied at ordering. Plan changes after ordering are charged at the production hourly rate. A second design phase or a major model revision after ordering is charged at 30 % of the affected model-preparation line (code MOD.REV in the price list); the Studio states in advance whether a change is minor (hourly) or major (MOD.REV).
The source-data multiplier in the Quote (usable 3D model / 2D CAD / PDF or sketch) is set from what the Client actually delivers. If the delivered material differs from what the Quote assumed, the Studio may adjust the multiplier before starting and will say so in writing.
Delays or defects in the Client's input extend the timeline accordingly and are not a breach by the Studio.
5. Process, approvals and revisions
Work proceeds in Stages. The Studio submits each Stage for approval; the Client approves in writing. Approval of a Stage closes it — changes to an approved Stage (for example a new camera after previz approval, or material changes after the drafts are approved) are charged at the production hourly rate plus any re-rendering.
Each Stage includes two revision Rounds. A Round is one consolidated list of changes sent by one authorised contact; scattered or contradictory requests from several people count as separate Rounds. Further Rounds are charged at the production hourly rate.
If the Client does not respond to a submission within 3 working days, the Studio may treat the Stage as approved so that the timeline can hold, after notifying the Client.
The Studio decides technical means and methods (software, render engines, AI models, subcontractors) at its own discretion within the agreed quality.
6. Delivery
Standard formats: stills as 4–6K JPG/PNG; films as 1080p MP4 (4K, 360° or ProRes/DNxHR masters when quoted); tours, viewers, tools and microsites as hosted web deliverables; floor plans and sales sheets as PDF/PNG. An edited film includes previsualisation, edit, colour grade, stock music and basic titles and is 30 seconds at least; a film ordered as "clips only" is delivered as the raw generated or rendered shots without edit, grade, music or titles, from 3 seconds, at the clips rate of the price list. Layered or source files (PSD, 3ds Max scenes, project files) are not part of the standard delivery and, where the Studio agrees to release them, are priced at +25 % of the relevant item.
Delivery is by download link or hosted URL. Deliverables are deemed accepted when the Client approves the final Stage or uses them publicly, or 3 working days after delivery without a written, specific defect notice — whichever comes first.
Timelines in a Quote are working-day estimates that start when the complete Model version and the first payment have arrived. They are binding only if the Quote says "binding deadline". The Studio informs the Client without delay of foreseeable delays.
7. Payment
Standard schedule: 40 % on order · 30 % on approval of the drafts · 30 % on delivery. Orders under €1,500 net: 50 % on order, 50 % on delivery. Hosting, rentals, day rates and pass-through costs are invoiced as they occur. Different schedules (for example monthly invoicing under a framework agreement) apply if stated in the Quote.
Invoices are due in 8 days (Hungarian clients) or 14 days (international clients) by bank transfer; bank charges of the sender are borne by the Client. In case of late payment the Studio may charge the statutory default interest and the flat recovery cost under Hungarian law, and may suspend work, deliveries and hosting until payment; hosted deliverables may be taken offline after written notice.
The Client may not withhold or set off payments because of alleged defects unless the Studio has acknowledged them in writing or a court has established them.
8. Intellectual property and usage rights
All copyright and related rights in the Deliverables, the 3D models, scenes, scripts, tools and working files remain with the Studio. The Client receives, upon full payment, a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide licence to use the Deliverables for the marketing, advertising, broadcast, presentation, sale, lease, planning and permitting of the named project, in any medium and channel — paid advertising and broadcast included, at no extra licence fee —, including sub-licensing to the project's agents, brokers, investors and press. Until full payment the Client may use the Deliverables only for internal review.
Use for another project, resale, stock licensing, product packaging, use as training data for machine-learning systems, or transfer of the licence to a third party outside the named project requires a separate written licence. The Client may not remove credits or watermarks the Studio places on drafts, and may crop, resize or overlay Deliverables for the licensed purpose but not alter their substance in a way that misrepresents the Studio's work.
The Studio may show the Deliverables in its portfolio, website, social channels, competition entries and marketing, naming the project and the architect, from the moment the project becomes public — or, if the Client requests confidentiality in writing at ordering, from a date agreed with the Client. Unpublished projects are never shown without consent.
Third-party materials (stock music, stock footage, fonts, textures, 3D assets, voice-over, human music) are licensed for the scope stated in the Quote — stock music, for example, for web and social use. Broadcast, paid-advertising or other extended use needs a licence upgrade, invoiced at cost +15 %.
The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the plans and the legal admissibility of what is shown (for example massing, heights, signage, neighbouring properties, trademarks). Visualizations are illustrations; they are not construction, permitting or survey documents and must not be presented as such.
9. AI-assisted deliverables
Every Deliverable is produced with AI assistance at some stage — at least upscaling, typically also denoising, retouching, people and vegetation — and the Studio combines AI and 3D as each project requires; Deliverables priced in the price list as modelled or rendered lines are modelled and rendered by the Studio. Some Deliverables — the AI lines of the price list (AI images, AI motion, AI narration and music) — are produced with generative AI systems operated or licensed by the Studio and reviewed by the Studio. The Client accepts that such outputs are inherently variable: variations are the product; details may differ between variations; a generated image cannot be edited with the precision of a 3D render unless manual editing is ordered.
The Studio uses only engines whose licences permit commercial use, never clones the voice or likeness of a real person without that person's written consent, and does not upload the Client's materials to services that would use them to train public models. Copyright protection of purely AI-generated content varies by jurisdiction; the Studio grants the same usage rights as in section 8 but cannot warrant registrability or exclusivity of such content.
Where a law or platform requires AI-generated content to be labelled, the Client is responsible for labelling in its own publications; the Studio states in the delivery which items are AI-generated.
10. Subcontracting and pass-through costs
The Studio may use subcontractors and specialists (floor-plan drafting, drone photography, voice-over, music composition, translation). The Studio remains the Client's sole contract partner. Items marked as pass-through in the price list or Quote are invoiced at cost +15 % and, where the third party requires it, on the third party's own terms (for example non-refundable licence fees).
11. Hosting
Hosted Deliverables (360° tours, web viewers, tools, microsites) include hosting for 12 months from delivery; afterwards hosting continues at the annual fee in the price list (WEB.HOST) unless either party cancels in writing before the renewal date. The Studio hosts on reputable third-party infrastructure and takes reasonable care but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. On termination the Studio delivers the static files on request so the Client can host them elsewhere; hosting may be suspended for unpaid invoices after written notice.
12. Warranty and liability
The Studio delivers with professional care and warrants that the Deliverables conform to the approved Stages. Defects must be reported in writing with specifics within 3 working days of delivery; the Studio remedies genuine defects at its own cost within a reasonable time. Deviations that result from the Client's input, from approved Stages, or from the inherent nature of AI-generated content are not defects.
The Studio's total liability for an Order is limited to the net fees paid for that Order. The Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost sales, or decisions (investment, purchase, planning) made on the basis of visualizations. These limitations do not apply to damage caused intentionally, to damage to life, body or health, or where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law.
The Studio keeps project files for at least 24 months after delivery but is not obliged to keep them longer; the Client is responsible for archiving the delivered files.
13. Cancellation and termination
The Client may cancel an Order in writing at any time. The Studio invoices the work completed and in progress up to receipt of the cancellation (at least the payment instalments already due), plus committed third-party costs. Payments already received are credited against this amount and are otherwise not refunded.
Either party may terminate the contract for a material breach not remedied within 15 days of written notice — for the Studio, in particular, for non-payment or for a Client's failure to supply input for more than 30 days. Sections 7, 8, 12 and 15 survive termination.
14. Consumers
If the Client is a consumer (a natural person acting outside their trade or profession), the following applies in addition and prevails in case of conflict. Under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) the consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days; the Studio starts work within this period only at the consumer's express request, and the right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully performed — for Deliverables made to the consumer's specifications it does not apply. Complaints may be brought before the conciliation body of the consumer's residence, for Budapest: Budapesti Békéltető Testület, 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99., bekeltet.bkik.hu. The liability cap in section 12 does not limit a consumer's statutory rights.
15. Confidentiality and data protection
Each party keeps confidential the other's non-public information received in connection with an Order — plans, prices, business data — and uses it only for the Order. The Studio signs a separate NDA on request. Section 8 (portfolio use after publication) is an agreed exception.
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Where the Client supplies personal data of third parties (for example photographs of people, voice recordings), the Client is responsible for the lawful basis of sharing them.
16. General
Hungarian law applies, with the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Disputes are settled amicably first; failing that, the courts of Budapest with competence for the Studio's seat have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rules.
Notices are valid by email to the addresses used in the Order. If a provision of these Terms is invalid, the remainder stays in force. The Studio may update these Terms; the version in force on the Quote date applies to that Order. These Terms exist in English and Hungarian; in case of discrepancy the Hungarian version prevails.
